Async Brain was a tool I co-founded to help teams make better decisions without needing everyone in a meeting at the same time. You'd start a brainstorm, people would contribute when it suited them, and AI would help pull it all together.

It came with frameworks like the Eisenhower Matrix and RICE Scoring baked in, so you weren't just collecting opinions — you were actually structuring the thinking.

The AI would suggest options you hadn't considered, flag blind spots, and summarise what everyone was saying. It was a fun experiment at the intersection of AI and how teams think through hard decisions.
