Async Brain was an AI-assisted tool designed to help teams and individuals make better decisions through structured, asynchronous brainstorming. It removed the friction of scheduling meetings and allowed participants to contribute thoughtfully on their own time.

The platform came with built-in decision-making frameworks that have stood the test of time, including the Eisenhower Matrix for prioritizing tasks by urgency and importance, and RICE Scoring for evaluating projects based on Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort.

AI assisted throughout the process by helping generate options, identify blind spots, synthesize input from multiple participants, and surface insights that might otherwise have been missed. This combination of proven frameworks and AI assistance helped teams arrive at better decisions faster.
