Cafufa.com was my first successful project — the first online ticketing platform in the state of Maranhão, Brazil. When I decided to move on, I sold it to another local player.

The main features were:

  • Creation and promotion of events from third-party producers;
  • Online tickets sales;
  • Payment Gateway Integration;
  • Shopping-Cart;
  • Offline POS that could print tickets;
  • Producer ADMIN with sales statistics and event customization.

I played a little bit with front-end development but was mostly engaged in PHP development of the above features.

One of my biggest challenges here was optimising the code and database, since the system had to handle live validation during POS sales and event management. I also ran the SEO.
